These terms are an agreement between you and Krishna Gahlod, who runs Finalist (finalist.golash.in) as part of golash. By creating an account you accept them.

Who can use Finalist

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens in your account.

What Finalist is, and isn't

• Finalist is a coach. It organises your work, asks questions and gives feedback. It does not guarantee results, shortlists, prizes or offers.
• AI feedback can be wrong. Check facts and numbers yourself before you rely on them, and always follow the official rules of your competition.
• Competition names, company names and trademarks mentioned in your workspaces belong to their owners. Finalist isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any competition organiser.

Your work and competition rules

What you write in Finalist is yours. You're responsible for following each competition's rules, including any rules about using AI tools and about confidential case material. Only upload material you're allowed to use.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, no automated scraping, no overloading the AI features, and nothing unlawful. To keep the service free, each account has daily limits on AI features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Price

Finalist is free right now. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you clearly before anything is charged, and free features you already use won't silently become paid.

Liability

Finalist is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as a competition result, arising from use of the service.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Account & privacy. We may close the service with reasonable notice, and you'll be able to download your data first.

Law and contact
